Have you seen the Tiger Woods commercial where he takes a drive off the moon? Well now consumers can participate in the Gatorade Tiger Moonshot Challenge Longest Drive Contest. It is taking place inside a 24 ft. Pacific Dome which is traveling to five US cities over the next month.

This completely custom dome, designed to look like the moon, made its premiere at Seaport Village in San Diego on May 15th.

The dome cover, branded with the Gatorade Tiger Thirst Quencher logo, was created by digitally printing artwork right onto the fabric. Inside, a Theatre Fabric liner was used to achieve the dark environment needed for the Tiger Woods golf simulator.

Visitors in San Diego, Dallas, Chicago, Miami and New York will get the chance to see how far they can drive a golf ball while having the experience of feeling like they are on the moon. For each city on this promotional tour, there will also be professional athletes and coaches participating in the challenge. The male and female winners, who emerge from the June 11th Championship in Times Square, will be given the opportunity to create their own “out of this world” experience worth up to $125,000. And, on behalf of the fans, Gatorade Tiger will donate $100,000 to the Tiger Woods Foundation for young people.
